Kim Ferullo brings over 20 years of human resources, talent management and organizational capability experience. Her past work experiences have afforded her the opportunity to work with many top firms and employers, ranging in size from small start-ups to large Fortune 500 firms. Her work experience has also covered various industries, to include: facilities/engineering, healthcare, banking, government contracting, aerospace/defense, start-ups, international and non-profits.
Kim’s leadership roles span more than a decade, and she has been heavily involved in overall human resource management, as well as the development, implementation and compliance of talent acquisition and talent management. Her experience includes, but is not limited to: International HR/Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition/Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employees Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR Compliance. Kim is a strong leader with demonstrated business acumen – domestic and international – able to quickly grasp key organizational goals, develop strategies and effectively implement and execute these strategies.
